I love living in this home, it’s a lovely family home. It’s a very friendly neighbourhood with little traffic. CBD is so close I like to walk down on weekends to grab a coffee or have tea and a few wines as it’s an easy walk home or the taxi is very cheap. I love that it is so close to ‘Wade Park’ – I don’t have to worry about parking football games as it’s only a block away. It’s great in Summer to have Summer parties in the garage space.
